Allegheny Airlines was the first airline to have an extensive network of affiliated regional airlines. Together operated under the Allegheny Commuter System.
Some of the airlines who operated under the Allegheny Commuter brand included Atlantic City Airlines, Suburban Airlines, Southern Jersey Airways, Henson Airlines, and Crown Airways, just to name a few.
