Always known for its comfort and support, the Brooks Glycerin 22 now comes with more fun and bounce! Brooks' fan favorite daily trainer Glycerin 22 gets the new nitrogen-infused DNA Tuned foam. This cushioning system adapts to your footstrike, from a smooth landing to a responsive toe-off.

The new DNA Tuned foam, also used in the Glycerin Max, is created with dual-size cell: larger cells in the heel for soft landings, smaller cells in the forefoot for snappy toe-offs. This version also sees an update with a flexible double jacquard knit upper and a broader platform.

Brooks Glycerin 22 is a reliable daily trainer to cover daily runs, walks to long runs. Suitable for various foot shapes and compatible with orthotics. Heel and midfoot strikers will particularly enjoy this as you can experience the luxurious soft landing.
